Cairo, Egypt Again!

The first week we were in Cairo we worked on our photography. We did a lot of different things, like night photography, studio portraits, light painting, and light in general. I learned a lot of new tools that I can use throughout my life and even some fun ones that I will continue to play around with.

The studio portrait were a fun way of seeing the way lights work and all the different things you can do with them. We also played with a lot of the everyday natural lights that you can see all the time but don't realize what affects you can get with photography by using them.

We did a lot of night photography and played with lights to see what we could do with them. We played with a type of photography called light painting, which is when you use camera flashes and /or flash lights to make different affects in the dark. It would take a lot more practice to master these affects but we had fun playing with them.
